NO REFUND AFTER SERVICE
Once any astrology service such as consultation, report, or remedy has been delivered, no refund will be provided. Astrology is interpretative and results may vary for each individual.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request a cancellation before the service begins. Depending on the processing stage, a partial or full refund may be approved.
DUPLICATE PAYMENT
If multiple payments are made due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
SERVICE DELAY
In case of an unreasonable delay from our side, you may request rescheduling or a refund, depending on the situation.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Completed consultations, delivered reports, customized remedies, or any initiated services are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. The time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
